Register your church

Complete the short registration form. We review your application and confirm your tier within 5 working days. No fee to join.

Appoint a Coordinator

Nominate a trusted church member to be your MatchPods Coordinator. They receive an onboarding pack, training materials, and your unique community code. This is a volunteer role with real impact.

Share your community code

Your members use your code at registration to receive £5 off their cohort fee. The code links their registration to your church, ensuring you earn your commission automatically.

Receive your commission

£10 per completed registration lands in your church's nominated account quarterly. Host-tier churches also receive bonus earnings for each confirmed match from their congregation.

Does my church endorse MatchPods officially?
Endorsement-tier churches signal support informally through pastoral recommendation and sharing the code with their congregation. Affiliate and Host tier partnerships include a written letter of intent, which is how our three confirmed pre-launch partners have formalised their relationship with MatchPods.
Are there any safeguarding concerns I should know about?
MatchPods operates with verified accounts only, age verification (18+), a published safeguarding policy, and all church partnership agreements include safeguarding clauses. We follow CCPAS guidance for faith community contexts and are GDPR registered on incorporation.
What if my members have a bad experience?
MatchPods has a results-based refund policy. If sessions don't run as promised, participants receive a full refund. Facilitator SOPs cover seven operational scenarios and all session quality is rated by participants after every Pod.
Can we exit the partnership if we change our mind?
Yes. There is no minimum commitment period. You can exit at any time by notifying us in writing. Any earned commission owed at that point will be paid in the next quarterly cycle.
